Your privacy is important to Karen Martin Quilt Fabric, and the information you share with us will remain strictly confidential. Nothing about you will be shared with another person, business or outside party under any circumstance.		  

Payment Options

  • All payments must be made in U.S. currency.
  • Orders will be shipped within 24 hours on business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Checks or money orders are not accepted.
  • If you are not comfortable ordering online please call Karen 1-210-326-1141 daily 9 to 8 Central time. I will send you an invoice.
  • I do not personally handle your credit card numbers. They are handled through secure checkouts. PayPal or Authorize.Net
 

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to be delivered within the state of Texas are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

USPS 1st class or Priority with tracking.
    
*Fabrics are sealed in a zip bag inside the mailer.

Orders are shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation excluding Sundays and holidays.

Canada

You will not be able to use the Shopping Cart.   

Email your order using the Contact Karen link above. Include your name and address.  I will send you an invoice that will allow you to pay with PayPal.  It's not necessary be a member for them process your credit card.  The shipping cost will be the same as the quote from PayPal.

If you would like a shipping quote before I send your invoice please let me know.

Shipping Method - USPS with tracking 1st Class International or Priority Padded Flat Rate Envelope (Holds up to 10 yards).

I do not ship to Italy, Russia, Africa, Mexico or Brazil.

International Customers

Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these fees will be. In accordance with US and International government regulations orders cannot be marked as a gift or with a lower value than the actual price paid.  A paid invoice will be inside your package.

Return Policy

For any reason you may return your order within 30 days of delivery, include a copy of your invoice. Refund will be made by the same method you paid excluding shipping cost. Merchandise must be in the original condition it was sent. Fabrics may not be cut, washed, have odors or altered in any way. If you return fabric that is not in New condition, your money will not be refunded. Refunds will not be given for shipping costs, buyer pays return shipping.

If I’m in error, I will pay for all US postage after the order is returned for refund or replacement. Refunds are given in the same manner paid.
